In San Antonio, where would be a good place to put a 5 star restaurant?

An Italian 5 star restaurant…

I am looking for restaurants with NEW Mexican food…. not tex-mex, not really just mexican. There are big differences. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Mexican…
I am looking for places the serve the New Mexican chile sauces (red or green and usually from Hatch, NM) over their enchilada's and such… not a green tomatilla sauce and not a “red sauce” as opposed to red chile. Think “Christmas” and an egg on top of your enchiladas.

If you didnt need the explaination because you already know what I'm talking about and are familiar know of ANY places that serve NEW Mexican food in the San Antonio area, please respond.
Also of you know of grocery stores that serve frozen Bueno Chile, let me know that too.
I'm afraid I'm not having much luck finding anything from my native state even though I'm only a state away. Must be a border problem not allowing real NEW Mexican food to cross over. =)
