San Fernando Cathedral - Located in the center of San Antonio and founded in 1738, the Cathedral is one of the oldest Catholic parish church buildings in the America’s southwest. Texan hero James Bowie was married to Ursula de Veramendi in its sanctuary, and it was also used a lookout by Mexican General Santa Anna.
