I need the best hotel on the Riverwalk, I have to let my other half know I have taste but can also find a good deal. Please tell me if you know of a great hotel, I have stayed in many Hiltons but its time to find other hotels… Ok let me hear from you .. Thanks…..

Check out the Drury Inn for value (free drinks in evenings and good hot breakfast, 1 hour free long distance daily!) or the Amersuites are both good deals.
Check out the historic Menger Hotel for a little more ambiance and lots of stories to tell.

I am not 21 but is there anyway around using priceline? Do they even check id? I have been shopping for hotels and think priceline is a easy way to decide. I need help! Please i am planning on leaving early in the morning 2morrow. Any hotel advice for San Antonio would be nice. I just need hotel that is under 100 dollars but is not dumpy, and of course they have to allow 18 years olds

Your going to have a problem when you go to actually check in with the airport. Preboarding will check your I.D. and any information that is false will cause you to lose your travel plans. If you make it to San Antonio, be sure and hang out at the “Riverwalk”.

My husband and I are going to San Antonio for a weekend trip with another couple. We are wanting to stay on the Riverwalk, but we would like a hotel that has adjoining rooms. Does anyone know of one? If not around the Riverwalk, then around Sea World? Thanks!!

Me and my fiance are planning a trip for me to go see her in San Antonio. We are both under 21 but older than 18. Is there hotels that are decent priced that don’t bother you about age?
P.S. Can my fiance get a military discount on rooms or ….. thought I’d ask just in case.
We are trying to find the cheapest deal on a hotel close to Fort Sam Houston from 4/15/2011 to 4/18/2011
We found a couple of hotels that would only charge $ 100 – $ 150 for three nights but those were the ones saying you HAD to be 21 to check in. And another thing….the check out times. Do you have to check in at that exact time? We need a check in time after 5:30pm on Friday.

I think you need to ask on a case by case basis about the age thing. Usually, a credit card number will hold you a room for a late arrival. No, you don’t have to give an exact time, but understand that if you give a credit card number, many motels will charge you for a one night stay if you happen to not show up.

I’m looking for a good (yet reasonably priced) hotel in South Austin, could even be between San Antonio and Austin. I have searched expedia and yahoo to death and either the hotels are too expensive or have nothing avalible this weekend. Any ideas? Perhaps a good B&B?

that’s pretty low and you dont wanna go much lower without compromising quality, especially on the southside…try travelzoo.com for more deals.

There really isnt any “best hotel” in San Antonio. However, there are a few haunted hotels in San Antonio. If I were to recommend one, I would stay at the Hilton.
